Preschool Hope Lutheran Preschool is a Christian school whose main purpose is to encourage children to express themselves creatively, socialize using the Christian example and to promote the child's developmental growth in a literacy-rich classroom. Hope Preschool is dedicated to the physical, mental and spiritual growth of children. Striving to equip children with the necessary tools to face daily challenges and creating an environment to enhance healthy, growing children are of utmost importance at Hope Preschool. This is implemented by using Jesus as our example and encouraging children by means of stories, songs and prayers, and the teaching, by word and example, of caring and sharing through learning and playtime experiences. It is through these means that Hope Preschool will consistently strive to teach children to accept each other and learn to live in harmony with all people. |

PRESCHOOL NEWS Wednesday, December 14th. Each of the children were given a ‘Hope Preschool Movie Ticket’ to enter the ‘theater’ in Neemann Hall and watch the holiday movies “Frosty the Snowman” and “Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer” while enjoying fresh, popped popcorn. The children opened gifts and enjoyed frosting and decorating cookies. On Thursday evening, December 15th, the Preschool presented a Christmas program for their families and friends. Guests in attendance enjoyed a dessert reception following the program. Santa made a surprise visit and delighted the children with small gift bags. Important Dates Coming Up: Our wish list of household of items we use for crafts, etc., is posted on the preschool board located in the narthex. God Bless, |
